Loan Application Checklist

In general, the documentation you will need includes:

Income & Assets

• Most recent paystub
• Past 2 year W-2's and Tax Returns (all schedules)
• Past 2 to 3 years employers names, address and phone numbers
• Bank statements for past 2 months 
• Copy of Driver's License or ID Card
• Email address

If self-employed or Own Rental Property:

• Tax returns for the last two years (with all schedules).

If you are retired:

• Pension Letter      OR
• Past 2 years 1099's

If you receive Social Security:

• Social Security Award Letter    OR
• Past 2 years 1099's

If you are counting child support as income:

• Copy of Divorce settlement (all pages)
• Copy of twelve months of cancelled child support checks

Debts

• Company names
• Monthly payments
• Balances
